21. Brewers to provide weights, scales and other appliances.
- The brewer must provide and maintain adequate number of scales in good working order and weight of correct specification and other necessary and reasonable appliances to enable the officer-in-charge and other officers to take account of or check by weight gauge or measure, all materials and liquor produced in brewing and provide sufficient lights, ladders and facilities to enable the excise staff to perform their duties.C.
