Section 3(vi) in Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (for Professional Courses offered in Private Un-Aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006
(vi)A member of the AFRC shall cause to be so if he performs any act, which in the opinion of the Government, is unbecoming of a member of the AFRC Provided that, no such member shall be removed from the AFRC, without giving him an opportunity of being heard.
