Section 23 in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission - Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Standards of Performance Regulations, 2004
23. Level of performance.
- The standards specified in previous clauses set the levels of performances, which the licensees are required to achieve in specific service areas. In order to assess the overall performance level of the licensee, the following targeted performances in individual areas are specified:| SI.
