Section 26(1) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(1)The Board of Management shall be the Chief Executive Body of the University and subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, the executive powers of the University including the general superintendence and control over the institutions of the University shall be vested in the Board of Management.
