30I. Disposal of poppy straw.
- The stocks of poppy straw as may be in the possession of a person who has been issued a licence under rule 8 or rule 36A, on the expiry or cancellation or surrender of such licence, shall be disposed of in such manner as may be specified by the Narcotics Commissioner.
