Section 6(6) in The Orissa Electricity Reform (Transfer of Undertakings, Assets, Liabilities, Proceedings and Personnel) Scheme Rules, 1996
(6)All personnel of the State Government working under the Board on deputation or assignment shall stand reverted to the services of the State Government on the effective date.
