Section 18 in The Barakar Electric Supply Installations Acquisition Act, 1981

18. Repeal and savings. -

(1)The Barakar Electric Supply Installations (Acquisition) Ordinance, 1981, is hereby repealed.
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
