Section 10 in The Madhya Bharat Abolition of Jagirs Rules

If on account of death or otherwise of the Jagirdar, co-sharer, maintenance holder or Zamindar, the change in the name of the Jagirdar, maintenance holder, co-sharer and the Zamindar has been made by any competent authority, such change shall be communicated to the Accountant-General for record.
