Section 2(45) in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(45)"hut" means any building, no substantial part of which excluding the walls up a height of fifty centimetres above the floor or floor level is constructed of masonry, reinforced concrete, steel, iron or other metal;
