(3)The date and venue of the public hearing must be announced and publicized by the State SIA Unit with assistance of Collector one week affixed at some conspicuous places in all the villages where the land is proposed to be acquired through direct communication with Gram Panchayat or Municipal Ward representatives and by uploading the information on the official website of the concerned district.
