Section 2(d) in The Public Liability Insurance Rules, 1991
(d)["Fund" means the Public Liability Insurance Fund established] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 391(E), dated 23-4-1993, for " Fund' means a fund established" (w.e.f. 29-4-1993).] and maintained by an owner in accordance with the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Act;
