Section 5(iv) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(iv)Disqualification for appointment. - (a) No person shall be eligible for appointment, who has previously been dismissed from the service of the Corporation or from a Department of a State or from any other Government Institution.
