76. Conviction by Gram Panchayat not to be a previous conviction.
- No conviction by a gram Panchayat shall be deemed to be a previous conviction for the purpose of section 75 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860) or section 356 or 360 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).Chapter-V Panchayat Samiti
