Section 21(1) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(1)In any case in which it is provided by this Act or any other law that the Commissioner may take action subject to the approval, sanction, consent or concurrence of a standing committee, the committee may, by resolution in writing, authorize him to lake action in anticipation of its approval, sanction, consent or concurrence subject to such conditions as may he specified in such resolution.
