Section 66 in The Semiconductor Integrated Circuits Layout-Design Act, 2000
66. Information as to commission of offence.—
An officer of the Government whose duty it is to take part in the enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter, shall not be compelled in any court to say when he got any information as to the commission of any offence against this Act.
