Respondent no.2 is residing in U.K. and service report is awaited from Ministry of Law and Justice. Earlier D.O. letter has been sent to Ministry of Law and Justice. In response letter has been received from Section Officer (Judicial), Ministry of Law and Justice stating therein that letter has been sent to the Foreign Process Section, Room E 16 Royal Courts of Justice Strand, LONDON WC2A 2LL UK regarding service report, but no service report has been received so far.

On the request made by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner as matter is lingering on for more than 6 years, process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
