Section 16 in Bombay Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1960
16. Transfer of property :-
The State Government may transfer to a Board buildings, land or any other property, whether moveable or immoveable, for use and management by the Board on such conditions and limitations as the State Government may deem fit for the purposes of this Act.
