Section 12(1) in Conduct of the Government Litigation, Rules, 2000
(1)In addition to the procedure contained in section 67 of Code of Criminal Procedure, a Police Officer in charge of Prosecution of the State shall assist the serving agency of the other State to effect the summons on the witnesses.
