Section 27(1) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities (Hill Stations) Building Rules, 1993
(1)The Government on receipt of the recommendations of the Architectural and Aesthetics Aspects Committee may either approve the proposal with or without such modifications as it deems fit or reject the proposal.
