20. Indemnity bond in connection with grant of information or inspection
.-Before furnishing any information or granting permission for inspection, the bank, or, as the case may be, its agent may, if it considers necessary, require the applicant to execute a bond of indemnity in Form XIII for an amount twice the face value of Government security or securities involved and the interest paid thereon from the date of issue.
