203. Powers of Liquidator.
- The duties imposed on the Tribunal with regard to the collection of the assets of the LLP and the application of the assets in discharge of the LLP's liabilities shall be discharged by the Liquidator as an officer of the Tribunal subject to the control of the Tribunal.
