54. Order XXX VIII of the First Schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure not to apply.
Nothing contained in Order XXXVIII of the First Schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908), relating to arrest and attachment before judgment, shall apply to any proceeding under this Act.
