9. Act not to apply to certain molasses.
- Nothing in this Act shall apply to molasses which are the property of the Government nor to their transport under and in accordance with Military Credit Notes and excepting the provisions of Section 8, nothing in this Act shall apply to any contract or agreement to which the State Government is a party.
