(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Sales Tax Act, 1994.(2)It extends to the whole of the State or Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [Brought into force from 1-10-1995 vide Notification dated 5-9-1995.] as the State Government may be notification in the Official Gazette appoint and the State Government may appoint different dates for the commencement of the different provisions of this Act.
