Section 43(1) in The Orissa Municipal Delimitation of Wards, Reservation of Seats and Conduct of Election Rules, 1994
(1)Every ballot paper [shall have a counterfoil attached thereto and the said ballot paper and the counter] [Inserted vide Notification No. 2025-Legislative-I-16/2001-H.U.D. O.G.E. No. 113 dated 21.1.2002.] shall be in Form No. XIII and shall be serially numbered.
