Section 140(iii) in Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian Schools-Tamil Nadu State
(iii)Any adjustments which, in consequence of the; operation of Article 137 or 138 or for any other reason, it may be found necessary to carry out in a grant once paid may be made in the grant for the following year or in the payment of any other sanctioned grant.
