(4)Enlistment forms of regular candidate must reach the Council by 31st December of the year of admission:Provided that the Council may accept enlistment Form with prescribed fee and fine till the end of first academic year:Provided, further that the Chairman in special circumstances to be prescribed by the Council may extend the date of enlistment.
