(26)Proceedings under Section 12 of the Child Marriage Restraints Act, 1929.A miscellaneous proceeding under Section 512 of the Criminal Procedure Code, shall be registered when-(a)no accused has been brought to trail, or(b)one or more of several accused have absconded and the evidence that there is no prospect of immediately arresting the absconders cannot be obtained without inconveniently delaying the trial of the accused present in Court.In other cases the proceedings under Section 512 of the Criminal Procedure Code shall form part of the original case.
