Section 14 in The Barakar Electric Supply Installations Acquisition Act, 1981
14. Protection of action taken in good faith. -
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the Board or any employee of the State Government or of the Board in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
