Section 79(2) in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961
(2)Any dispute which arises between local authorities acting under sub-section (1) shall be referred to the State Government whose decision thereon shall be final:Provided that, where one of the local authorities is a cantonment authority, the decision of the State Government shall be subject to the concurrence of the Central Government.
