If the records of a Single Court for one year cannot be contained in one bundle, the bundles should be serially numbered so as to show the total number of bundles for that year. Thus, if there are three bundles, they should be numbered 1-3, 2-3 and 3-3 respectively. The bundle numbers should be shown in column 7 of the bound lists, and should be altered as the bundles are amalgamated on destruction of records.
