Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2001
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2001.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 2nd May, 2001.CHAPTERR I
