(10)All copies shall ordinarily be made by the Council's establishment and when section writers are employed they shall be remunerated at the rate of two annas per folio. The other half of the charge levied represents the cost on account of the salary of the examiner. The account of the section writers shall be made of monthly and the amount due to each paid out of Council's Funds, care being taken to see that nothing in excess of half the amount realised is paid away.
