45. Notice convening a General Meeting.
- (i) A notice convening a General Meeting signed by the Managing Director, or the Secretary of the Corporation, shall be sent to every registered share holder or every shareholder of the class to which the meeting relates at his address, if any, in India atleast twenty-one clear days before the meeting except in the case of first Annual General Meeting in which case the period of notice may be seven days.(ii)Every such notice shall state the time, date and place of such meeting, and also the business that shall be transacted at that meeting.
