Section 10(7) in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(7)The manner of transaction of business of the Municipal Accounts Committee shall be such as may be determined by the Corporation by regulations:Provided that the persons nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) shall have no right of voting at the meeting of the Municipal Accounts Committee. .
