ORDER
This case has come up before this Court in relation to PUD dated 13.03.2025.
A perusal of request letter dated 13.03.2025 reveals that the Trial Court has sought additional time to conclude the trial.
A perusal of the record of the case reveals that vide order dated 29.02.2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No.49771/2023 (Ranjan @ Rajendra Vs. The State of M.P.), this Court has directed the Trial Court to conclude the trial within one year.
In view of facts mentioned in the request letter dated 13.03.2025 received from the Trial Court, further six months' time is granted to the Trial Court to conclude the trial.
With the aforesaid directions, PUD stands disposed off.
