Section 7 in Ramchandra Chandravansi University Act, 2018
7. University open to all irrespective of sex, religion, class, colour, creed, or opinion.
- No person shall be discriminated against or be excluded from any office of the university or from membership of any of its authorities or from admission to any course of study leading to a degree, diploma or other academic distinction on the grounds of sex, race, creed, class, caste, place of birth and religious belief or political or other opinion.
