Section 1(3) in The Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954
(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [The Act came into force w.e.f. 1.2.1955 vide Notification No. F. 23(5)/51 L. dated 17.1.1955.] as Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
