Section 11(1)(a) in Haryana Management of Municipal Properties and State Properties Rules, 2007

(a)the Deputy Commissioner, when it is leased out by open auction. Any application under this sub-rule shall be made in the same manner as provided in sub-rules (2) to (5) of rule 6 and shall be governed by the same conditions as provided under rule 7;
