Section 9(1) in The M.P. Adim Jan Jatiyon Ka Sanrakshan (Vrakshon Me Hit) Rules, 2000
(1)On receipt of intimation from the Collector, the Divisional Forest Officer shall immediately direct Sub-Divisional Officer (Forests) and Range Officer by name to complete the task of felling and transportation within a specified period.
