Section 5(1) in Bihar Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1981
(1)The Board may constitute a sub-committee consisting of not more than five of its members for carrying out any of its functions under sub-section (1) of section 4 and the sub-committee so constituted may appoint one of its members to be the convener.
