(1)A casual vacancy arising in the membership of an Antarim Zila Parishad by reason of the death or resignation of any member or otherwise shall be filled or left unfilled in accordance with the rules framed under section [which may also provide for action being taken in advance to fill the vacancies likely to occur.] [ Deleted by ibid]
