2. It is brought to my notice that pending RLTA No.65 of 2025, the Rent Tribunal has dismissed the stay application in I.A.No.2 of 2025, seeking stay of the Execution Proceedings pending disposal of RLTA No.65 of 2025.

3. In view of the fact that both the parties are now before the Rent Tribunal and the Act also requires the Rent Tribunal to dispose of the appeal expeditiously the interest of both the parties would be served if the RLTA No.65 of 2025 is directed to be disposed of expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, the Rent Tribunal (III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai) is directed to dispose of RLTA No.65 of 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the execution petition shall be deferred.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
