The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the
Memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri P.V. Ramana, Advocate for the Appellants and of
the Govt. Pleader for Labour (TG) on behalf of respondent No.3, the
Court made the following
ORDER:-
"The 1 st respondent is a Devasthanam. Though this matter has been taken up by us on 21.03.2016 and 30.03.2016 and today also, all that request made on behalf of Sri Ravi Kondaveeti is that he has given up his vakalat so far as the 1 st respondent Devasthanam is concerned. Hence, the Executive Officer of the 1 st respondent Devasthanam is directed to appear in this Court along with all necessary records on 13.04.2016.
A copy of the 2nd respondent's license shall also be produced.
Registry to communicate a copy of this order to the 1 st respondent Devasthanam.
Call on 13.04.2016."
