(5)Jurisdiction of the Forum Subject to the other provisions of these Regulations, the Forum(s) shall have jurisdiction to entertain complaints within the entire/ specified (in case of more than one Forum) area of the Distribution Licensee.Provided that each Distribution Licensee may establish more than one Forum so as to ensure that the Forum is able to dispose of every complaint expeditiously within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of complaint by it.
