183. Maintenance of troughs and pipes for catching water.
- The owner or occupier of any building in a, public street shall, within fifteen days after receipt of notice in that behalf from the commissioner, put up, and thenceforward maintain, proper troughs and pipes for catching and carrying the water from the roof and other parts of such building, and for discharging such water in such manner as the commissioner may allow.Public Latrines
