Section 28A(2) in The M.P. Licensing Board (Electrical) Regulations, 1960
(2)The contractor shall, on the expiry of the period aforesaid, inspect the work and test the installation and rectify defects found, if any, and submit a test report to the owner of the installation and electricity supply authority in such form as may be prescribed by the Board.
