Section 23(1) in Airports Authority of India (Management of Airports) Regulations, 2003
(1)No person shall take or cause or permit to be taken at the airport or civil enclave any photographs, still or video filming, except with the prior permission in writing to be granted by Competent Authority.However, no such permission shall be required by passengers or their relatives for taking still photographs or video film on the City side and in non-sterile areas of the terminal building.
