(4)The Mysore Revenue Appellate Tribunal constituted under the [Karnataka] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973.] Revenue Appellate Tribunal Act, 1957 ([Karnataka Act] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973.] 24 of 1957) and functioning as such immediately prior to the commencement of this Act shall continue to function as the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act, until a Tribunal is duly constituted in accordance with the provisions of this section.
