Section 31(ii) in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
(ii)Unless the auditorium is air-conditioned [or air cooled] [Added vide Haryana Notification dated 15.3.1983.] the means of ventilation shall take the form of natural ventilation and power-driven exhaust fans suitably located and of adequate size for the purposes intended.
